.wmv is a Windows Media Video (instead of Audio) file... Try dragging it in to Express Scribe and/or try renaming the extension too, I'm not sure if this will work because I honestly haven't tried before. You could also see if Switch is able to convert it to a plain audio file if Express Scribe doesn't support it directly. Let us know how you go!
