I am new to all of the software stuff so be patient with me. I am just starting out as a newly graduating Medical Transcriptionist. I got my first piece of work today from someone who was willing to pay me as a "newbie" 
I loaded the file she emailed me into my express scribe just fine. However, when I went to play it absolutly nothing happened. she did mention that I may need to "change channels" when I play it. I had not a clue what she met.
Now after a little sleuthing, I found on the e.scribe "HELP" site it talks about an MSRS software to "record" but I can't see where I need it to play multi-channel recordings.
Q: Can a MAC play multi-channel recordings on the e.scribe? I don't see anything like what is shown when I look up the MSRS software.
Q: I just downloaded "Fetch" will that help me once it is done?
Please keep your answers very basic as I am NOT computer literate but after today I am getting a real lesson.
