Hello, I loaded a file into express scribe and it won't play. Are there certain settings that need to be in place in order for it to play this .dvf file? By the way, I had to download the sony plugin (which installed successfully) however, do they need to be configured together in order for the sound to play? I know I am close to getting this...but need some assistance!!! Thanks for any and all help you can offer. Let me know if you need more information..
