I cannot get the system to make outbound calls, and I can't get it to make call transfers. I tried changing the hookflash setting to 4000ms, thinking this would at least make it drop the call. but nothing happened. I don't think it's sending out a signal at all.
I'm wondering if it's the Synway board from Altoedge, or if it's the IVM software that is the problem. I bought the SHT-4B/USB board. Does that need a power cord? It didn't come with one, so I don't know what kind to buy.
I have a Partner II pbx system.
