twgonder Using IVM 4.02 trial. Where does one set the recording device used in the call simulator? I have two sound devices. IVM uses the USB camera mic when recording sound files in an OGM while record control uses the sound card in-line.
pythonpoole When you open the call simulator, at the bottom of the keypad should be a button labeled Audio Settings to let you choose specific independent devices for simulator testing purposes only.
