We had an older version of this program running and something happend and we had up update to the current version and when we did our registartion would not work so we just bought a new registration and now nothing will work.
I run a hotel and have a it were I flash and can transerfer calls. It worked with the old version but the new version is not working. I am using a bind transfer and all I am getting is this:

It is just doing the flash but not inputting the numbers what do I need to do to fix this?
