BACKGROUND: I edit .wav files from Reason in Audacity. I then export them from Audacity to new .wav files (the .mp3 export does not seem to work). I then convert these .wav files to .mp3 files using Switch, which I started using last week.
SITUATION: I have had no problem completing conversions and playing them. However, I have had mixed success uploading the .mp3 files to music websites. I succeeded with the Internet Archive site and with ReverbNation. I was unable to upload to OurMedia or to GarageBand, however.
Can anyone explain why this problem exists and what I can do about it?
