I am having problems loading mp3 files from Cyberduck into Express Scribe on my Mac. Results are haphazard - sometimes takes an age to transfer, but with little or no audio, other times is fast with audio. Last disaster showed I had 32mins of talk, but at 21 minutes there was no more audio.
Is this a software compatibility issue with Mac? And where is there any instruction for loading files into Express Scribe? Can anyone help pls.
