I'm using Wavpad for a voice-recording with a microphone. After I've finished the recording and play it back, it sounds quite clear, however once I save the wav file and then re-open it - the playback is disorted - with crackling and hissing. What is the problem here and why is there a difference? Can anyone give me any tips on the settings I should enable to stop this happening?! Thanks.
