I am having the same problem with Hotkeys.
When I go through Settings, select the key, and click "Remove" -- nothing happens. The Hotkey remains.
I went to Change the hotkey assignments, hoping there would be a choice for "None," but there is not.
Even though I desperately need to use my F-keys for other purposes, I decided it might be tolerable if I assigned all the keys to something like "Play" (or anything that won't disrupt me every time I accidentally hit an F-key from force of habit) -- but it doesn't want me to assign the same function to more than 2 or 3 keys.
I just want to turn them off.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
