Wiping computer how to reinstall without original install file

I bought Switch (plus edition) a few months ago and since got a virus that wiped all emails and the original install files and some other stuff. I now need to wipe my computer and reinstall everything. How do I do this? I still have the the activation numbers and ID key if that helps. Confused :blink:

I don't need to know how to wipe clean and reinstall my computer i need to know how to be able to keep Switch so I can reinstall it once I wipe the computer clean. Anyone? Thanks for any help here. :blink:

Using the installer you received at the time of purchase you can install a new copy of the software on the machine. Now simply enter your licence registration and activation code (Name - Location - ID - Key) details into the program. If for some reason the program does not accept your details please send us your full "Name - Location - ID - Key" details from your existing registration and activation code and we will generate you a new Key. Please contact our registration support team for this.

I think when my computer freaked out it erased the original installer. So....when I go to wipe my computer the question still stands....How do I make sure I can completely copy, or whatever, then reinstall Switch with out the installer file? Thanks for any help from anyone.

If you only purchased a few months ago you can use the installer available from the website. Any registration issues regarding this should be done through technical support.
