dvf to mp3 conversion

I'm trying to use Switch to convert dvf's to mp3's, but when I click on "convert" it gives me an error saying I need to download and install the Sony codec. But even after installing that it gives me the same error message. Also, even with the Sony codec, Windows Media Player 10 is not playing the dvf's. Any suggestions?

I initally had this problem myself, and I discovered that I had to restart my computer before I could get the Sony codec to work. See if restarting helps for you too.

If you can get the file to play in Media Player then it should work fine in Switch.
