Can't ear ogm after dtmf

When I use IVM with Incoming number from Gizmoproject everything works fine.

When I use Broadvoice:

the IVM correctly play the welcome ogm asking to press some keys.
the IVM recognize the keys pressed.
in the message window of the IVM I see that is playing the next OGM but on the phone I can't ear anything.

Any suggestion ?

If you're able to hear the first message but no the second then please check it again using the call simulator built in to IVM. Because the first message was able to be heard there's no good reason why the second shouldn't be.

Actually after a lot of testing I discoverd that the problem is not related to DTMF but is more generic. In fact I noticed that all the messages that are played are cutted. I mean that I ear only the end of the message and if the message is short I can't ear anything. What is happening?
