I have downloaded switch plus as this is what i have been advised by a friend of mine. I have recently started a new job doing digital audio typing. My new boss said that beacuse we are using olympus dss player 2002 and some of the files we get are .dvf then i need to convert the dvf files using switch to .wav. However, i've managed to download switch plus with no problems, but whenever i try and convert a dvf file i keep getting a message saying that switch was unable to open the file. What am i doing wrong. i've tried looking for another converter programme but i just keep coming back to switch. My boss said that some of her other staff had problems to start but didn't tell me what or how they got around it.
