I already paid for wavepad a few months ago and had a complete computer crash requiring me to buy another machine. Every other vender whom I purchased software from the web has been happy to email me my reg code for the full product again. However when I tried to retrieve the code from your site I'm told I can not. Why? You should have my information on file.
