velleyboy okay, so i just downloaded a couple of songs that are in protected wma format. iTunes says it can't convert protected wma files. it can convert unprotected though. will switch be able to convert protected wma? thanx
[deleted] Of course not. The files are protected, hence cannot be converted. Try looking at our SoundTap software for a possible solution.
