I've been using Switch to convert from asf & wav to mp3, what I've noticed is the last few minutes of the original file is not there in the output file, though the length of the mp3 file matches exactly with the source file. When I did some further testing, e.g. use Audacity to import a source wav file then export to mp3, the output file is a few minutes longer then the source file and it is complete, kind of strange. I'd thought as long as the length is the same, there shouldn't be any lost.
It happend to all the files I converted useing Switch (both asf & wav), anyone experienced the same issue?
