IVM Answering Attendant not communicating with Axon ?

I've been trying to get the auto attendant to pick-up calls and hopefully put into a call queue (haven't figured out how to properly transfer the call to hold yet). anyhow In Axon I have ext 198 setup as a call attendant, and in IVM a voip for phone 198 at localhost with correct passwords and such.

I get the follwoing Log detail from IVM:

Attempting to register sip:198@localhost

Server localhost did not respond to register (sip:198@localhost)

Check server details for that line

I'm not really sure what's going on here... pls provide any suggestions thnx

well for me I got that working to where they communicate ,, however I dont know how to make it transfer .
