I have a simple setup with 1 OGM and 2 mailboxes. For the OGM key response tab, I've assigned 1 and 9 for the mailboxes and the rest are explicitly set to replay the OGM. This seems to work, however, once the caller starts to record the message, pressing keys at this point circumvents the menu. I had recorded different greetings, but once the menu is circumvented, the default menu with original recordings starts to play for the caller. Also, once the caller has done this, I've noticed that it leaves my IVM/voice modem setup in a non-answerable state (until reboot that is).
Does anyone have any workarounds or know how can I disable the caller from bypassing the menu I've explicitly set? The version of IVM I'm using is 3.04.
