Potential customer looking for best OS

Looking to setup an IVM Answering Attendant to replace our old aging system.

What OS would y'all recomend to provide the most stability?

The min req's list Windows 95/NT4/98/2000/Me/XP/2003/Vista, I'm thinking of deploying on 2003 server.

Any advice?

For stability I recommend you use 2003 or XP. Many businesses also seem to use 2000 which seems fairly stable, although a bit outdated to be starting with now. Personally I have had IVM work fine for me on XP with no troubles.
