PROBLEMS WITH IMS WORKING WITH AXON

I M USING IMS AND I HAVE A PROBLEM:

THE CALL QUEUE IS WITH 701 IN AXON ACTIVATED AND WHEN I CALL THE 701, IMS WORKS FINE

BUT: IT WORKS EXACTLY 1 MIN:::

THEN IT CUTS THE CONNECTION:::

WHY?

did you check the option in the advanced external line settings for that voip line that says 'Disable call activity polling (only use if call breaks after 60 seconds)'

could u please explain how u get it to send to 701 and how to make them go in queue

answer for ducmaster:

in IVM wen they comes Transfercall --> 701 is the number

in the 701 config i entered the extentions and i link it with ims

and the connection cuts... but when i take the call before it cuts... it wont cut anymore....
