recording radio communications

I am looking for some software to record all radio communications transmitted on a rt circuit. I would require seperate time/date stamped files for each hour of the day. This system is required to record 24/7 . Only requires voice quality but need some way of removing the silence between transmissions. During the nights there may be only 5min of audio per hour. What product should i be using?

Thanks for your reply.I have the demo version running and recording ok. The problem is in the files area. It makes a new file after every transmission +12sec. so i get lots of small files If i set it to continuous i have long files with large silent patches. Is there any way i can set it to append to the same file for one hour or set it to not record the silence when in continuous mode.

Unfortunately this is currently not possible. I'll pass your request onto to our developers who will look into it for the next release.
