I have managed to setup IVM, Axon & Uplink such that I can make calls from IVM to an external number through Skype. All I have to do is enter 9 and number (eg 9+44123456789) on IVM Outbound, and it works well.
Now I need the IVM to answer a call and then transfer to Skype as well. I have setup the OGM to start a message then Transfer to the same number as when I dialled it, but this is where everything stops. If I select 'Transfer Call...' and then put the number as above (9+44123456789), the first thing that happens is that IVM tries to dial this number through the Voice Modem and not through SIP (I can hear it through the modem speaker). What am I doing wrong? Should I even be using 'Transfer Call...' and not 'Dial...'? Under Settings - Call Transfer, should I be having a special number there or some symbols or what?
