I am attempting to register my Transcription Service on the Services page using the form through the link in Express Scribe. I've finished filling out the form but when I submit the form it comes back with an 'incomplete' form message, even though I have filled in all the required *fields and the two optional text windows as well.
Does anyone know what the problem might be? Thanks in advance.
