I am having difficulty setting up a system which will call a phone number once a message has been delivered to a mailbox.
I have tried using the notification option but when the system dials out the receiver only hears the last portion of the OGM that was played prior to recording a message. (instructing to record another message)
The outgoing calls system on its own works perfectly, so i tried using the "outbound.exe" as a plugin on the last OGM, the message i get is that the file is not a 'plugin', and it doesn't matter what option i choose it still fails to add a phone number to the outgoing list.
The outbound.exe works if manually activated from the command prompt.
Can anyone tell me what im doing wrong or how to work around this issue?
