multi-inbound line setup.
I have the call anounced based on the ogm the inbound caller chooses.
i.e. when line1 caller chooses "service" ogm, the call is announced as "call holding for service" or extension specific.
Q: when line1 call is performing the above function, and a second roll over call is routed to line2 also performing
the above function, which works really well by the way,
i am trying to setup the call anouncement to include what line the call is holding on (this is were iam stuck)
ie "call holding for service on line2" is the objective
anyone has a working scenerial, please share.
