I'm using Axon with IVM to answer incoming calls. The calls are then forwarded to a ring group (composed of a few remote extensions). When the transfer is in progress, the hold music plays while the remote extensions ring. This problem is that this does not happen for long enough. The remote extension only rings for 12 seconds then kicks back to voicemail no matter what.
What I want is the transfer to ring the remote extensions for a full 60 seconds while the caller hears the hold music the hole time. Any idea why IVM is kicking the call back to the voicemail server so quickly? I've tried modifying the OGM settings for the transfer (all three possible settings) and I'm using SJphone, which I've set to not disconnect for a full 60 seconds.
Any Ideas???
