Lost license number

I purchased WavePad and Switch together. I received the license numbers on the confirmation web page. I registered and activated Switch. When I was in the process of registering WavePad, my system crashed. I never received a confirmation email, so I don't have my license number for either and WavePad was never activated. Is there a way I can provide my purchase information and get the numbers reissued? Every email address I try use to ask this question I'm told I don't have support authority.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've seen that web page. It says that if you've lost your serial number "a replacement Registration and Activation Code can only be re-issued when your full purchase information is provided". But provided to whom??? Where do I send it??? How do I contact someone to give them this imformation?? Every email contact I've tried tells me I'm not authorized to contact them by email and the web page says there isn't any phone contact available. I would love to provide my purchase information if I only knew how.

Down the bottom of that page under the header "Contacting us for Support" there is a form which you can fill out with your request.

I don't see any form at the bottom of this page. In Internet Explorer, the page ends with:

Contacting us for Support

1. Please check none of the questions above apply before contacting us. We will simply refer you back to this support page.

2. If you are writing because your Registration and Activation Code is not accepted please ensure you include all the information required as set out in the solution to the problem above.

3. If the above information says you need to upgrade or re-purchase we cannot provide any further assistance.

Thank you. That corrected the problem. I am now able to see the form.
