I want to create a very simple phone system.
Customers call a toll-free number and enter a unique serial number (which the IVM system captures numberically and passes to a database). The serial numbers are similar to credit card numbers... something like, "3456-5438-1294"
For example...
A customer would see the unique serial number on the product they purchased and be told where to call. The audio message says "Welcome. Speak or enter your serial number." ... they do... it's read back to them... if correct, the system says "Thank you" and hangs up. If not, it loops to collect the serial number again. The "correct" serial number data the customer provides is stored numerically (not as an audio file) in a database.
Can the software do this?
