IVM when computer in standby

Hi,

At night my PC goes into standby and the left messages do not appear in the mailbox. The log says that a caller called but there is no message.

Could you explain what you mean by standby?

Also by log do you mean the IVM log?

Is IVM running as a service or just on system startup?
