Hi,
I just installed the Axon and IVM and i can't get IVM to work.
- I have a VOIP number which i call
- The PBX directs the call to the call assistant
- IVM picks up the call and immediately disconnects:
22:51:55 Incomming SIP call
22:51:57 VoIP Call Attendant [answered]
22:51:57 Answering Call ...
22:51:57 Call has disconnected
22:51:57 Call disconnected
Anyone have any suggestions?
