I am unable to do a simple call Transfer. I have tried many different Settings/Call Transfer, different OGM, etc. The number seems to dialed (I don't hear the box making a Flash), but the call is not transfered.
I don't hear the Flash sound on the original transfer.
It displays the following:

How do I set IVM to do any kind of transfer?
