I bought this program, and then got a voice modem. It's an Agere model.
All we want to do with this program is make outgoing calls with an automated message to a list of numbers of our previous customers.
I properly installed this modem. NOTHING is listed on the telephony list, and now this is getting ridiculously difficult.
Why doesn't the voice modem show up, and what is my quickest next step to get a modem that actually is reocgnized in the list?
