We have a dialdictate site licence but are having problems registering the server its on with our new Nortel Hybrid PBX.
As much down to a lack of knowledge from the suppliers but I wondered if anyone out there has successfully achieved registration with this kit so I can stir things up a bit with them?
Also, if asked, what can I say about the implementation of SIP in NCH products, specifically DialDictate and Axon?
Are there standards I can quote the product as being compliant with?
Any feedback would be really appreciated as this is starting to drag on a bit, tho you can thank BT for that!
