I am a new user testing the IVM Answering Attendant. I have downloaded the example for realator property. The example worked good, but did not include mail boxes which I need. When the blind extention, ie: 111, 222, 333 is entered I need the OGM message played for that box.
I have created the OGM's, and the Mail boxes, but cannot get the extention to work? Is this an "Advanced" tag operation, or a key response? Do I need special programing?
I would appreciate an email with some option, or a phone call. I think this software will work for my situation.
