1:01 - problems with .oma

I have just bought Switch Plus so that I can convert a bunch of .oma files to .mp3

[long story short: my computer died ercently and the only way I managed to save some of my music is that they were stored on my Sony walkman, which I then copied onto my new spangly working computer]

However when I convert them, they are all only one minute and one second long, so I am missing more than half of all the songs. Is this common, and is there a way to get around it?

If not, I wish I'd known before I paid for the program <_<

:angry: Exactly the same situation here - need to convert lot of Sony Vaio based music files, and all tracks are cut after conversion to 1.01 !

Can anyone advice about possible solution?

Now found from the same forum the answer - .oma format is simply not supported <_< , pay Your money because no one tells You this before Your payment

Does .oma appear on the list of supported file formats for Switch? No. And we clearly state on the file formats technical support page that:

P. OMA / OMG / ATP files do not load properly / Only the first 1.01 minutes of my OMA / OMG / ATP file gets converted

We only support the older-style ATRAC .wav format, we do NOT support the OMA/OMG/ATP formats, as these have in-built Digital Rights Management (DRM) protection. You need to contact Sony to ask how to convert these files to other formats.
