Yes that is possible, here is an extract from the help file:
If you have the option 'Use mailbox special menu' ticked then while the caller is recording a message they can press the # key to change their message. You can change the text to "..once you have finished recording press #". When they press # they will then be offered the menu option "1 to record again, 2 to to listen or 9 to end the call".
