Hi - just bought Switch based on the performance I experienced while running the free version. Upon buying Switch plus, I found the program crashes every time I attempt to convert a wma into a wav. If someone could shed some light on how to fix this I would be greatly appreciative - the program was working perfectly fine, converting wma's with no problem before I bought it. I'm running Switch on Mac OS X 10.4.8, 2ghz Intel core duo. thanks
