I have a callurl 4lv card with IVM and a comdial dxp. When the operator transfers a call to a ext. the pbx uses the ring no aswer to transfer to the IVM system. When IVM answers, the PBX send via dtmf the extenson number, which I want to use to route to the proper mailbox.
I have set up the varables in the OGM and it works with the simulator. What happens is the call is answerd by ivm but the decodeing is not fast enough. When it sends 217# IVM might only get the 17# sometimes only the 7#.
Am I missing something in the setup?
