When I first downloaded WavePad loading wma files took only a few seconds. Recently, WavePad has only been able to load these tracks in real time i.e. it now takes 3.5 mins to load a 3.5 minute track where previously it only took 20 seconds or so. How can I get the performance back? I recently upgraded to Windows Explorer 7, which I have since removed as it's full of bugs - I think this may have had an impact. I have reverted to Explorer 6 and upgraded Direct X to version 9, but these actions have made no difference. Does anyone have any ideas? - thanks
