I am wanting to use WavePad to edit some MP3 voice files (recorded by me) of up to 2.5 hours in length. The problem is that when I load a file into WavePad the file duration shows a slightly different reading (longer) than is shown when the file is on my hard drive or MP3 player.
This is a problem because all my editing notes are based on the length of file as shown on my hard drive/MP3 player.
The files were originally recorded in WMA and then converted to MP3. I note that some slight change of duration seems to occur during that conversion.
Any suggestions much appreciated.
