cannot download express scribe

jhostodomingo

i was trying to download the free express scribe download but everytime that download is finished my pc

will shut down and i have to start all over again. I tried doing this three times but have the same result.

Is there a problem if I am using a dial-up internet connection? Please help me anyone.

Thanks.

Your computer should not restart simply because you are on dial-up. I just checked the download and it does appear to be working correctly. What are you using to download the software? Try an alternate download program and see if this problem still occurs.
