I'm having a particular problem. I purchased the Express USB Phone and Express Talk BE. I am using it as an extension to a phone system elsewhere. To be exact, I am in Ohio, and the phone system is an Allworx system in Mexico.
I am finding that I am constantly having to run the network setup wizard. If ET sits too long idle, the connection to the allworx box drops. I would like to set up everyone else here in the office as an extension to our factory in Mexcio but, I can't do that if the connection won't stay up. I have all the ports open in my windoz XP firewall and on the NAT router. STUN is cutting through. (Even though I have the ports open I can't configure static, I have to run STUN otherwise, I have no audio either way.)
Works great until it drops. Any solution? How can I stay alive.

BTW - I did purcase silver service with the phone but haven't received a response to the request so, I thought I would try the forum. Thanks for any assistance.
