Running IVM Version 4.00 on Windows 2003 Server. IVM is installed as a service. There appears to be no issues with IVM answering calls, however, the web service does not appear to be running unless a user is logged into the server (allowing the systray application to be running). Is this a known behavior, bug, or configuration issue?
