I have a candaian DID purchaced from didww.com. I have instructed didww to forward calls to my SIP URI (700@myip). I have configured IVM to start a menu once that extension (700) recieves a call. When I call my DID from a landline, the call is forwarded and the menu can be heared. But the keys that I enter do not get through to my IVM system.
When I call the extension 700 from another SIP phone on the same LAN, the sniffer shows a RTP event packet recieved by IVM with the event type: DTMF. However; when calling my DID from a landline, no such RTP packets are recieved.
Is this problem is related to didww.com or some other thing I have to do on IVM?
