I am trying to use express talk business edition with a vonage softphone account to record calls.
I'm not sure i correctly understand but you're site says (under sip providers) that it needs to run through axon to work properly. (I'm indifferent to whether or not I use axon. if it will help express talk work better, then I will use it, otherwise i won't.)
I'm not really sure how to configure everything, perhaps from a setting in the network tab. We are behind a router but the axon (if necessary) would run on the same pc. What settings should we use for uPNP, stun servers and static ip address? I tried everything including running the network setup wizard and it still didn't work. Without Axon, I was able to receive an incoming call and record it thorugh the default recording function; however, I was unable to actually place a call. I WAS able to place a call using Vonage's propietary softphone but it cannot handle the recording of calls. When vonage phone was used with TRX, only the outgoing direction of conversation was recorded.
Basically I want to be able ro record phone calls... I've tried everything your site reccomends and cannot get the systems to function properly.
