We have a Talkswitch box now at work for 3 yrs. Work perfect !! One line in, auto attendant, 5 departments, phone rings to those departments, if no one answers you can leave a message....
BUT the messages are a pain in the butt, but a code in, password, press 1 then 7 then 1....blah blah
we get 100 messages every 3 day and we dont delete them no time...
I LOVE IVM......setup like email....click listen delete next QUICK !!!
But if we leave it on during the day......it wont ring the phone back after the auto attendant picks up...
IS IT JUST A ANSWERING MACHINE ??? Its not acting like auto attendant ? With one line.....
I want the person to press one or two or three and the phone to ring again....
HELP ! I KNOW WHAT I WANT BUT NO SEEMS TO MAKE BESIDES LUCENT and its $15000 !!
