christy can anybody help with regrad to auto playback like 2 or 3 seconds. even if my express scribe is set at 2000 ms, it still does not automatically playback. it plays where it stops. pls help. thanks.

What version of Expess Scribe are you using and what operating system? You confused me referring to an auto playback setting. There is an Auto-Backstep on Stop setting. Are you sure this is the one you used? If so it should work.
