Hello,
My wife is starting up her own real estate brokerage. It will be small and maybe less than 10 users. It will be primarily analogue to start, then later probably going to VOIP.
I have been playing with the software, It is very imressive from the old VM system I supported in the 90's. dual 4 port dialogic boards running on a 386 in a dos window..
Seems you can get what used to be thousands in less than $300us.
anyway my idea..
Person calls in, Message states Press 1 to book showing 2 to leave voice mail for wife, 3 for me, and four to hear about different listings, that leads to a seperate tree with each of the listings, if you are interested leave a message and you will be contacted.. goes to wifes box and..
Here is where I am confused.
I want it to #1 email the VM to a email mailbox
#2 move a copy to the lan for storage
#3 send an email to wifes cell SMS'ing her the call details, when, from whom, etc.
The problem with three is that my provider uses up the first 70 characters with nonsense headers PLEASE BE AWARE AN ATTATCHEMENT WAS REMOVED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE AND CONCIDERATION I SURE HOPE THAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE ENOUGH SPACE FOR YOUR MESSAGE.. Message from 903-4 (eof)
How can I send just the important file with the caller information CID, name, timestamp, to a seperate email address in this way. I have tried with outlook 2003 setting up an alert to forward the message but the above occurs, I could edit the message assuming I could get outlook to strip off the attatchment , but not sure how to do that..
What other third party software might solve this problem?
