Email Attachments

IVM sending Email notification attachment (should be .WAV file) as a .DAT file if the notification user is an AOL user. Any other Email user gets the .Wav attachment.

Is this caused by AOL or can something be changed within IVM to send the .Wav attachment to AOL users.

If you are receiving only a .dat file attachment then this suggests that the email system is stripping off the wav file attachment at the receiving end. The problem lies with AOL.
